Tharthilthlentu (TiLi) is a non-profit organization, and having its registered office at TiLi Center, Mission Veng, Aizawl, Mizoram 796005. It is an entrepreneur driven organization for the betterment and upliftment of entrepreneurship and startups, building a sustainable innovative ecosystem in the region. The objective of TiLi is to impart world class learning, exploring opportunities and talents in the region to reach till the global stage.

Impact on the Community
TiLi has actively contributed to the development of entrepreneurs, students, and small businesses in Mizoram by offering mentorship, incubation, training programs, and investment opportunities. Programs such as Chengrang leh Ngenmu (Ch&Ng), TEMC, StartingUp Bootcamp and Project NEW have created pathways for startups, students, and professionals to access funding, build skills, and connect with industry experts.
Through collaborations with the government, private institutions, and academic partners, TiLi is working to bridge the gap between entrepreneurial aspirations and real-world opportunities, fostering a more self-sustaining economy in the region
