Tharthilthlentu (TiLi) is a non-profit organization, and having its registered office at TiLi Center, Mission Veng, Aizawl, Mizoram 796005. It is an entrepreneur driven organization for the betterment and upliftment of entrepreneurship and startups, building a sustainable innovative ecosystem in the region. The objective of TiLi is to impart world class learning, exploring opportunities and talents in the region to reach till the global stage.

TiLi is currently signing an agreement with KIIT- Technology Business Incubator (KIIT-TBI) to promote innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in Mizoram
TiLi is the NGO partner for Mizoram state for Project NEW by NabFoundation (NABARD) for skill development in the North East Region. NEW means North East Entrepreneurship World.
TiLi Incubator, recently onboarded startupindia SISFS incubation center (1 of 4 onboarded from North East Region at the time of signing) is focussed in technology, management and innovation.
TiLi is partnering with colleges to promote entrepreneurship, grooming and supporting students in their journey to the entrepreneurial world. Currently signing an agreement with Govt Hrangbana College.
